We're hiring for six roles across engineering, growth, and ops. Small team, clear mission, real equity. If you've shipped devtools or agent infra before, this is a rare window.
§ 02 · how we work

Small team, sharp mandate.

Ship > plan.

We plan in hours, not weeks. Every Monday we name the one thing that matters; by Friday it's in prod or it's killed.

Long docs, short meetings.

If it took more than 15 minutes, it should've been a doc. Default to async; sync only when we're stuck.

Own it end-to-end.

Engineers write docs, write copy, talk to customers. No handoffs. The person closest to the code also writes the changelog entry.

    Craft

    Paired work session on a real problem, 90 minutes. No take-homes.

  3. step 03

    Team

    Meet two future teammates, 45 minutes each.

  4. step 04

    Offer

    Written within 48 hours of the final call.
