Terms of service.

By signing up for or using LinkFetch (the 'Service'), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. The Service is provided by the LinkFetch team ('we', 'us').

LinkFetch provides API access, datasets, SDKs, and a Chrome extension for retrieving public LinkedIn data. We act as a processor when you ingest data through our extension; you (the user) remain the principal for that session.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service to violate any law or third-party right; (b) attempt to automate logged-in LinkedIn activity beyond what our extension provides; (c) resell raw LinkFetch output as a competing data API without written consent; (d) reverse-engineer the extension or MCP server.

You agree to: (a) respect rate limits; (b) rotate API keys you suspect compromised; (c) honour DSAR/erasure requests for data you ingest and pass through.

Pricing is published at /#pricing and /datasets. Billing is processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.

Credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated. Empty responses (404 / zero rows) are never charged. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until you cancel; you can cancel any time in the dashboard.

Refunds: snapshots off by >10% from advertised row count are refunded in full. Subscription cancellations are pro-rated to the day.

We own the Service, including the API design, SDKs, and extension code. You own the data you ingest and the workflows you build on top.

Content sourced from LinkedIn (profiles, companies, jobs) remains the property of the underlying rights-holders; we grant you a non-exclusive license to use it for your stated business purpose, subject to GDPR/CCPA.

You can terminate at any time by closing your account in the dashboard. We may terminate or suspend access if you materially breach these Terms (e.g. repeated acceptable-use violations), with 14 days' written notice where practicable.

On termination: we delete your account data per retention (30 days), honour any in-flight paid workloads, and refund unused subscription days pro-rated.

The Service is provided 'as is'. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We warrant 99.9% API uptime on paid tiers; credits for downtime are issued per our SLA.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of $1,000 or fees paid in the prior 12 months.

The governing law and venue for disputes will be set once LinkFetch incorporates; in the interim we'll work with you in good faith to resolve issues. For consumer users in the EU/UK, you retain the protections of your home jurisdiction regardless.

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
